What "healthy" foods affected negatively your dopamine levels the most?

Based in my experience, milk A1 made me easily bored, no excitement, slower recall and awarness, but at the same time cortisol levels seemed always low.
Let's not talk about oatmeal, lentils, beans, etc. It feels like you get high easily by losing focus and getting dissociated.

Oatmeal, lentils and beans present problems according to Ray Peat. But he will work with anybody's diet and where they are, and never says, "Do this." He might suggest you try a different kind of milk.
