Current breakfast of choice is pineapple juice, a punnet of organic grapes and 4 eggs cooked in cocoa butter and coconut oil. Energising and keeps me going a few hours.

Average day might be

Breakfast: latte 2 sugars, whole pineapple.

Lunch: 2nd latte. If I’m working out I’ll have some pineapple juice before/during.

Dinner: meat (beef,lamb,venison etc), or liver, with mushrooms. I do both regular white buttons and also shiitakes. I boil them for a while and then put them in the pan to soak up all the meat juices/butter

Ice cream, meringues and salted caramel sauce (whole ingredients) for dessert

sounds good, do you mind sharing the recipe for the masa harina pancakes?
The batter mix is masa harina, milk, 2 egg yolks, sea salt, a little cinnamon. I just eye it not exact measurements but prefer the batter more liquid. Heat a pan, fry up in butter.

This amount last me a few days. Save the rest in the fridge.

Breakfast;
Strong coffee with cream and sugar
One apple

2nd breakfast;
2 large corn tortillas with black beans and cheddar, broiled until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy

Another cup of coffee with cream and sugar, with 1/2 a quart of milk

Late lunch;
Black beans, white rice, corn tortilla chips, pico de gallo, quesadilla with swiss cheese and beef
2 cups of milk

Another apple for a snack

Dinner
2 large corn tortillas with chopped up shrimps, garlic, and cheddar cheese, broiled until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are cripsy

I will have some organic gummy bears here and there, and a few for dessert

---

I have been eating the black bean tacos with cheddar every day for maybe 2 months now, they are absolutely delicious. l alternate between cooking them with olive oil or coconut depending on what I'm feeling at the time.

I finish a liter within 30 minutes when I have it with a meal and by itself, within 10 minutes.

Interesting...Do you ever feel discomfort from drinking that much liquid at once? Any feeling of increased pressure in kidneys?
Would it be the same for you to drink 1L of 1% fat milk from supermarket ? (ultrapausterized and homogenized)

No, no discomfort. If it’s 1% goat’s milk from the supermarket, I have no issues, but if it’s regular (non-A2) cow’s milk, I’ll have sloshing in my gut with even just a sip.

:) Thanks for clarifying
I force regular 1% A1 milk on myself , just looking for different strategies.

This definitely makes me think I need to eat more! What’s in your hot white chocolate, Jennifer?
