Fridge wont damage olive oil. Some olives have high wax content so if chilled some olive oils will become slightly opaque because of the hardened waxes. Completely natural.Like it reads.
Could anyone point out specific details - I mean, what's available is really crap-in-a-bottle, so how much more damage could be done already If I choose to keep mine in the fridge?
