Currently I'm doing rollerblading with the dogs. Walking is too boring for me. I like hiking on a trail though.
Other things I'm thinking of that will be fun for me (and perhaps others as well) is pogo stick, scooter (one with bigger wheels), maybe J-board and off road bike riding.

Any run activities you're doing or would like to do?
Preferably low barrier of entry (difficulty and price) and something everyone might be able to do with a little practice.

Something that can help against stress, improve mood, help to get more sunlight, etc.

extreme public masturbating! Jk. For a while i got into spinning poi, martial arts can be fun and useful too especially sparring. I did tai chi for a while, definitely lowers stress horomones, and ive wanted to get into yoga, just never have. If you have a dog its always fun to go somewhere alone with them and play with them as if youre a dog yourself, roll around, jump at them, chase them, youll definitely break a sweat but youll also have fun and bond with them/provide some exercise for them.

Around Christmas time I started playing chess, I thought playing some board games would be a good way to have some fun and socialise but it’s turned into a bit of an obsession for me and I’m playing for hours everyday, which is fine sometimes and sometimes it starts to feel a bit overwhelming. I enjoy the mental stimulation when I have the energy required (when well rested, after a large coffee etc.) it feels very rewarding but at times it can feel quite stressful, yet I find it hard to stop playing. I think a lot of the stress is caused by my competitiveness and desire to be the best at my chosen interest - though i’d imagine this to be a requirement for people at the top level and there seems to be healthy looking top level chess players. Maybe it’s just a game that requires a lot of energy and people with good thyroid function/energy production to excel in

Recently I liked riding around on my scooter - did wonders for my dopamine - the issue I have is the sidewalks in my city are not flat and "rocky" so riding it around my neighborhood feels like it obliterates the cartilage in my knees. I like scooters because I get to stand while riding it.

I dislike riding bikes because I feel that the sitting position it promotes is serotonergic/stressful on the body/spine

Other than that - I am definitely looking for new activities - I have realized recently that my life is quiet boring - I feel like Kevin Spacey in American Beauty - Where I'm just daydreaming about something interesting happening in my life on a daily basis that never comes to pass.

Wonderfully positive post. Just what is needed around here at the moment. Just nice and simple walks in nature coupled with playing music seems to be bringing me tranquility and positivity. Also consciously making an effort to see life as what is there for me to enjoy in the world and current, rather than viewing everything as being under someone else's control/restrictions and imposition is providing balance. Keep up the good work good man.

I love walking around my city with my dog. I also love headbanging, dancing and singing along to music I like, I have a good Bluetooth speaker I use for this :D I can also use it when I'm taking long showers for this purpose. I particularly like singing and really getting into the song / album I'm listening to, though I don't know if I do it very well, and sometimes it can take away from the experience of listening to the music. But most of the times it adds to the experience particularly with emotion filled songs with good lyrics and a message, helps me with my traumas, rage etc.

I don't know if this counts but I love watching videos of Jordan Peterson, gets my head straight and gives me hope. He is very "human"

I like talking on the phone with my brother when I can.

I wish I could sunbathe again but I cant really do it right now, would really help getting full body sun exposure for 20 minutes a few times a week at peak UV-B activity, when I'm well-fed and unstressed. Instead I walk around shirtless in the fields around my city, but it feels somewhat awkward, as I'm often walking near people's backyards basically

Maybe in the summer I can get back into boxing, but my life is a bit of mess right now.

I'd love to consistently wake up early in the morning and go for a long walk everyday, and get early morning sunlight consistently.

I would like to consistently train my mobility everyday, and perhaps do strength training again in the future

Also, I don't know if this count, but I love going to bed early and dreaming. I really love experiencing dreams

Pyrucet may help. Drinking fruit juice with alcohol. Making sure you eat alongside alcohol. Sweating it out dancing!

My daily activities aren't particularly applicable as they're rural centric
and I work from home.

- I annually buy a trailer load (lumber cherry picker) of logs and cut and split them.
Takes about 3 months a little bit each good weather day. This actually saves a good bit of money instead of buying it cut and split.

- A good part of my property is rocky but the grass grows high so I have to
scythe it ~3 times a year.

- Maple syrup creation or "sugaring" as we call it during early spring. Having
to carry around 5 gallon sap buckets through the woods is a good workout.

- I have a large 7K square feet flattened spot of land (very level), which
part of it serves as an ice rink (hockey) in the winter and is great for
soccer, volleyball, croquet, badminton and speedmiton. Each year I aerate
the spot with a broadfork. Currently doing this now. Great exercise.

- Lawn mowing in summer, snow removal in the winter (driveway & ice rink).

I almost always try to have either my 25lbs or 50lbs weight vest on for some
or most of the activities.

Anyway, obviously not applicable (except the weight vest part) to most but
something I'll add to the mix as it does culminate into my daily activities.

Dancing, singing have been staples for me all my life.

I've recently gotten into boxing (without contact, just at home). It's a hell of a sport.

Eye coordination exercises, and anything that helps improve reflexes is very rejuvenation in my opinion.

I have one of these and the improvements on reflex are huge: Amazon product ASIN B078TXRJBYView: https://www.amazon.com/Boxing-Reflex-Ball-Champs-Coordination/dp/B078TXRJBY/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3X82X96WCKJ7&keywords=boxing%2Bball%2Bcap&qid=1651765217&sprefix=boxing%2Bball%2Bcap%2Caps%2C225&sr=8-1&th=1

After using this consistently, I feel like I have Spiderman type senses.

Search on Youtube for sensory training devices. I think they are a ton of fun although they tend to be pricey.

I just bought a Kelly kettle and go in the woods to make a coffee and practice my fire lighting skills. I also learnt to juggle and will be getting a slackline for my garden soon.

My household is playing a lot of badminton and doing a lot of rock painting. I started walking an evening here and there with friends, sometimes a couple miles to dinner and two miles back. All three activities have been great stress relievers!
