What Dose Of Naltrexone Does Dr Peat Reccomend?

I heard Peat say in a podcast when asked about LDN that he wasn't against it, but felt it should not be used all the time. Some of the research shows that is is good to take a break from it to resensitize the receptors. I see most people taking the weekend off as their break, since it is said to take over 24 hours to fully clear out receptors.
