Would coconut oil do the same ?

Yes. Coconut oil does do that. I know because I ended up smelling distinctly coconutty when I went through my high coconut oil phase. Almost all fats are prone to that somewhat, they reek from your pores. The only fat I have found doesnt do that is milk. I really consider milk the ultimate food. It has the best fat, the best sugar and the best protein.

take some goat cheese and let it sit in the sun for an hour or two, then smell it…that would give you some idea of what a goat smells like.
