It's a beta2 adrenergic medicine so it acts a lot like adrenaline in the body.
I personally think it's probably best reserved for emergency type situations like severe/life threatening breathing problems.
For our purposes here something like clenbuterol would seem counter productive because it's basically increasing stress.
