They contradict themselves. Avoid PUFA but take fish oil and eat avocados. Mothers breast milk is 80/10/10 so that is the ratio of carbs to fat to protein we need, but then saturated fat found in mothers milk is bad?

Keto is the dumbest thing ever. Clearly burning fat for fuel is a back up plan. Paleo says to eat like our ancestors did but then they eat foods from all over the country.

Vegan: hard to get enough good quality protein, B12, and depending on soils, may be hard to get enough calcium.

Keto: Runs the system on chronically high stress hormones from insufficient carbohydrates, with limited opportunity for recovery, repair and rebuild. Probably short on some minerals unless supplemented (eg potassium, magnesium, calcium?).

Mediterranean: Real Mediterranean? May have some things going for it. The modified version advertised as 'heart healthy'? I think it might be high PUFA and lowish protein? Not sure about this.

Paleo: High carb versions of it may have some things going for it. Low grains and pulses good. Can be highish PUFA, depending on how it's done (eg lots of seeds, bacon, salmon). For many people, the addition of milk (for low iron protein, sugar, etc) and more honey/other sugars would improve any of the typical versions of Paleo diets I've heard of.
Low carb versions of Paleo? Too many recovering survivors of it here to seem like a good idea - too low carb -> high stress on many systems. See keto.
