Sometimes I take 4g (at once) of activated charcoal when my stomach doesn't feel great and it really helps my digestion for usually 24 hours or so.
I'm thinking maybe I should take it everyday for a while and see what happens. I read it can bind vitamins though so maybe I shouldn't take it everyday?
I do eat carrots but it's not nearly as effective.
