Thiamine, magnesium and chromium are at least needed to process sugars. Eggs are rich in chromium iIRC

Things that stimulate pyruvate dehydrogenase (PDH) and/or things that antagonize pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase (PDK). The most important probably being calcium and magnesium. Eggshell is a good source of calcium. Pyrucet is good for suppressing PDK too. Things that benefit the NAD/NADH and GSH/GSSG ratio will also help minimize the production of lactate on a high sugar diet. Something like inosine would be perfect for this. Caffiene, K2, and choline will support liver function and keep it lean.
