Pretty awful today. Two quarts of 1% milk, a bottle of maple syrup (all goes into the milk), a pot of store broth (yielding 50g of gelinitous protein). Two carrots, salt and vinegar. 6 tbs of cacao powder. A mocha, purchased at a garden centre. Two large crumpets, and 125g of cheddar cheese slices (I was at work, and this was the best thing I could find to eat), ketchup. A bag of fruit pastilles (walking home from work). Not my best day of eating. But I'm about to go to sleep, and don't feel hungry, so not bothered lol.

100% dairy products, literally: no extra supplements, drinks, water or anything. Sort of extreme, but not too uncommon for me, have nothing against many other foods so I don't do it on purpose it's just that it has what I need and there's not much that's left out for me to feel satisfied.

Breakfast:

1 orange (save the peel & set it aside)
4 oz. of espresso
6 tbsp of half & half (guessing?)
2 heaping tsp. of sugar
2 heaping tsp. of homemade marmalade
1 homemade gelatin gummy

Snack:

Regularly diving into the jelly bean & chocolate candies bag throughout the day
More homemade marmalade (I just eat the stuff by the spoonful)
A few bites of cottage cheese (maybe 1/3 cup)
4 more oz. of espresso with 6 tbsp. of half & half and 2 heaping tsp. of sugar
1 large carrot, Bugs Bunny style
Another gelatin gummy (they are quite large squares)

Orange Juice - at least 1 or 2 cups
2 Large Eggs soft boiled with butter & salt

Evening Snack:
4 or 5 oz. of cheese (cheddar, gouda, swiss - whatever I have)
Glass of champagne & some fruit soda (I love my sparkling beverages)

I went a quest for liverwurst today. It was a failure - could not find the stuff I used to buy at either local Wholefoods. I was very sad. Then I started knitting and I felt better. But I was actually craving liverwurst. Crazy. I am now on a mission.

I have been experimenting with Orange Marmalade this week and I think it might be superior to the carrot salad for it's cleansing effect. Will report more later after I keep eating, but I'm kind of addicted to the stuff.

P.S. This is how I eat every day - I don't log everything. I'm a grazer. Probably on the lower end of protein range, but I only weigh about 125, so I figure 70 to 80 grams of good protein is probably adequate since I'm not super active and I eat a lot of sugar.

I usually don't keep a specific account of my liquid consumption, so here's my day roughly:
  • A few glasses of OJ
  • A few glasses of goat milk
  • Two eggs scrambled with shredded gouda cheese, red bell peppers, and onions
  • Some apple juice
  • Latte with a few tbsp of sugar
  • Some dried mangos
  • A few dates
  • 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
  • Some coconut oil potato chips
  • Some dark chocolate
  • Carrot salad (with added cucumbers)
  • Half a small watermelon
  • A few oz of cheese
  • A few sun dried olives
  • Half a tin of oysters
  • One small potato, mashed with butter, goat milk, and cheese
  • About 15 shrimp, sautéed in butter with garlic and cilantro
  • Some sautéed spinach
  • 1/2 pint of ice cream
  • A cup of apple sauce
  • Small amount of pineapple gelatin
  • A handful of strawberries
And that just about does it for today. I wonder how many calories it is.

Homemade grape juice snowcones & gold fish crackers (visiting grand kids so not the norm)

Supper
Home made chicken pot pie -maybe 2/3 cup
(Crust made w/butter, carrots, potatoes, corn, onions, gravy from chicken, organic chicken)

Midnight snack
Smoothie (OJ, orange sherbet, strawberry juice, yogurt)

I want to work in more protein.

Vitamin (from my MD who is more like a DO)
Mag.shots, Taurine, Theanine
NDT, Ultram, aspirin & Tylenol (for Fibro pain management) Lunesta for insomnia

Mince and onions fried in coconut oil, rice, baked courgette + little capsicum, salt
Bread roll with butter + tomato + cucumber (bread: white wheat flour slow-leavened with bakers yeast) [this is not standard - most days the last few years I've eaten little or no wheat]
Soup: chicken foot stock, vegetable puree (onions, kale, mushrooms, ginger), salt
Gummy lollies

It's early evening - will probably have some white chocolate or icecream or other snack.

- Left over beef cheek stew. Very gelatinous. Coffee with molasses.
- Carrot salad (carrot + little shredded apple + vinegar + coconut oil + salt)
- More stew with potatoes. And several Devon oysters.
- Mixed shellfix and more potatoes.
- All mixed together: Orange juice + some orange pieces + cottage cheese + gelatin + salt. With a few pieces of fudge.

I just ate a very large steak. It was amazing. Local beef that's pasture raised and barely any fat on it. I ate one of my gelatin gummies with it, not that I really cared because I eat so little meat in general that one unbalanced meal won't matter.

I think I need to eat more beef. Definitely been feeling that I am lacking in the B-vitamins department lately. Not to mention the Zinc. Might just eat another steak tomorrow.......

I personally can't go on without beef cause i terribly crave it.
May be also because i'm very young and i need triptophan to growth or because i need zinc
