    I thought it would be funny to see what people eat on a daily basis. So what did you eat today?

    All im saying is Im drinking so much milk I might as well purchase a cow and leave it in my back yard... ;)

    yesterday I had:

    3 quarts of skim milk.
    2 quats of organic oj.
    4 oz of beef shank
    gelatin powder inside my coffee
    oysters
    50 g of BCAA
    Sugar ,salt
    50 g of coconut oil.
    2 eggs

    lazz, that looks like an awesome diet. High protein is very beneficial at least to me.

    bro , I feel great on this..kept all my muscle mass as when I was eating tons of muscle meats and protein powders ,chicken breasts which by the way I have eaten any chicken in 5 months..and it might be a coincidence but all my allergies are gone, including stuffy nose...so freaking glad I found ray peat's work and this website cuz all my life I was doing the complete opossite

    Coffee w. 50G Gelatin, sugar, milk
    2L Milk 0.5%
    Cod+shrimp 250-300g
    2L OJ
    3 Oranges
    2 Raw Carrots
    3 Oysters
    50G coconut oil
    300g Gummybear candy

    Usually dont eat a lot of "store bought candy" but went to gym late and needed to fill out with about 300g sugar after. Feel bad if i get to much OJ in one sitting, otherwise i would have got OJ instead.

    Pretty Peat day for me so far.

    Coffee with sugar.
    Cottage cheese 1% with honey
    4 bananas
    2 eggs w coconut oil
    2 oz dates
    10 eastern oysters from a can
    Mexican coke
    0% chobani yogurt vanilla

    I plan to have more cottage cheese+honey later and maybe some more dried fruit

    Breakfast was 2 soft boiled eggs with 20 ounces of salty sugary oj and some grape jello.
    Snack - 1 pint of milk with coffee, salt, sugar.
    Lunch is homemade pemmican with a drink consisting of water, aspirin powder, coffee, sugar, salt, gelatin.
    I took Thiamin and Niacinimide with this one ^

    Thats it so far and its only 10:30!

    Coffee w. milk and sugar
    2 eggs fried in coconut oil
    OJ w. sugar and salt
    Pork sandwich and can of coke
    OJ w. gelatin, sugar and salt and 1/2 tsp pregnenelone
    Glass of milk w. drinking chocolate
    Dinner will be chips fried in coconut oil and glass of milk

    Vit D, K, A, progesterone
    Aspirin, caffeine & B3 x 2

    Well, the day has barely gotten underway in the UK - so I can only say what I had yesterday. But then, these days, my diet is pretty 'samey' and repetitive.

    Breakfast

    Upon wake-up

    Two cans of coke, 40g of lambs liver (everyday, for vitamin A)

    A short time later (still breakfast)

    300g of cottage cheese + 1 quart of OJ, drunk before the cheese. About 625 calories (roughly). 5g of BCAAs, 1.5g of phenylalanine (just because I like the stuff), and 1tsp of salt added in the the cheese. Coffee, full fat milk, 2tbs of sugar.

    Lunch

    400g of diced lamb/beef (I'm not rich so usually buy it from the 'reduced' section, and cook it on the day), 3 cans of coke. Another 10g of BCAAs, 3g of phenylalanine, 1,000mg of calcium carbonate and 1tsp of salt added to lamb (+juices).Coffee, full fat milk, 2tbs of sugar.

    A short time later

    Carrot salad (apple cider vinegar, 1tbs of coconut oil and 1/2tsp of Morton's salt)

    Evening meal

    300g of cottage cheese + 1 quart of OJ, drunk before the cheese. About 625 calories (roughly). 5g of BCAAs, 1.5g of phenylalanine, another 1tsp of salt added to the cheese.

    Late evening

    Ice cream. Or, if I can't afford it - OJ + butter.

    olive oil + vinegar dressing
    carrot

    chocolate ice cream

    applesauce and sugar

    poptart
    coconut macaroon
    banana
    strawberries
    Pressels (pretzel chips)

    bbq pork
    rice
    milk with gelatin + coffee

    string cheese
    coconut oil

    Milk with chocolate sauce I made while studying at 2 am to keep me from falling asleep. Only time I spend time on food preparation.

    More milk with chocolate sauce and melted unsweetened chocolate and espresso shot of super dark Trader Joe's coffee beans ground up.

    Like 1/8 pound of ground beef.
    Left over very small amount of mashed cold potato with coconut oil.

    Orange. (No orange juice which I would have also had b/c I am out of it and didn't have time to go get it.)

    Ate all my ice cream. Taking a break from cheese b/c I think it makes me feel like I am carrying boulders in my belly.

    Egg white (conventional) coconut milk curry, with a bit of red palm oil in it

    Milk and sugar

    Orange juice mixed with cream (grass), sugar, and vanilla extract

    pemmican with coffee, aspirin, calcium glucarate, b1 and b3 (and BCAA, ran out of gelatin)
    4 pasture raised eggs.
    3 teaspoons salt. (I took salt capsules today to increase)
    lost of butter and honey.
    tuna with coconut oil mayonnaise and soda.
    and sugar!

    Currently having a root beer float for dessert!

    I love living Peaty :)

    Marmalade and rice cakes
    Potatoes
    Homemade tomato sauce with coconut oil + well cooked veggies
    Some samphire (salty!)
    Fried egg
    Grated carrot

    3 x 1/4 tsp eggshell, vitamin A, vitamin D, 300mg aspirin, piracetam

    Ha, I suck at high protein. :?

    1 steak with lots of butter and coconut oil
    1 cottage cheese from a quart of milk
    2 egg yolks
    100g honey
    2 cokes
    1L fresh OJ
    1L strong coffee (yes, a lot)
    1/2 chocolate bar
    1/2 vanilla ice cream tub
    2 carrot salads
    Forgot the gelatin today, but usually 30-50g

    Coffee more than usual so appetite is a bit increased,
    craved a bedtime snack with 500g yogurt, parmesan cheese,
    honey and gelatin.
