A lot of things... Low dopamine, high serotonin, high adrenaline, low gaba, low allopregnanalone, high cortisol, receptor sensitivity, low testosterone, DHT imbalance, high prolactin, nutritional deficiencies, psychological issues,

Like jayvee said, it's probably something to do with hormonal/neurotransmitter imbalances. I will add that low histamine can cause reduced sexual pleasure (though you'd still have sex drive).
