i think its stress hormones like cortisol or adrenaline or maybe too much t3 which also leads too more stress hormones , particularly adrenalin induces temporary insulin ressitance because it promotes fat loss and really high metabolism for the moment so higher metabolism means higher respiration.
So my conclusion if you run chronicly high stress hormones or super high t3 you re become insulin ressistance because your body keep burning whole time energy which needs a An Overactive Carbonic Anhydrase Enzyme
