The thyroid labs I found are:

tpo

tsh

t3 total

t3 reverse

t3 uptake

t3 free

t4 free

t4 total

thyroglobulin antibodies

thyroid peroxiase

tgab

tbg

tsh antibody

My physician only does TSH and T4. According to stop the thyroid madness that is insufficient. Is this accurate? Should I get any more to detect problems?

According to Ray, the Achilles tendon reflex test is very accurate ... and free.
Also, Ray has said that TSH and thyroid function can be simultaneously suppressed when cortisol is high, making TSH a poor indicator.
