I haven't looked into it that much, but benzo and lidocaine are both recommended here.

Yeah me too I like the idea of filling the liquid in gelatin capsules so it doesnt touch the oesophagus much.

I think peat talks about benzo a bit less favorable. So I think lidocaine is the better choice.

It's only thing that completely terminated my tachycardia problem. Stuff like beta blockers have rebound effect. Lidocaine is much safer. Just try it. It feels so relaxed like an anti-depressant.

I researched PubMed. I think it lowers blood pressure too.

Not much to report so far. Maybe slightly more relaxed? I think i used too much water considering it is only a 2% solution.

Would lidocaine combine well with coffee/caffeine to prevent drowsiness and give a somewhat alert relaxation?
