What are these white marks on the tongue?

Why did the T4 make her worse?

What worries me right is now is the tongue, i always have some discomfort, i dont want to get a biopsy and get told there are cancer cells or something because my body would shut down from the stress most likely. But then again, what else is there to do? i've asked around and apparently its "geographical tongue" which is basically "something we don't know but it's not worrisome".
The T4 needs to get converted by our liver to the active T3, and if you’re not totally healthy, which most people aren’t, you need some T3 to give your liver a boost and help it convert the T4, otherwise the T4 gets backed up snd converts to reverse T3, having a counterproductive effect and blocking even more T3 than without thyroid.

I think coated tongue issues, like geographic tongue, usually stem from something poorly digested. Do you have any other symptoms of digestive distress? Do you take any supplements besides thyroid?

Hi, I am taking vitamin d3 200ui+75 μg k2 mk7, it is in evoo format. 0,5 ml EOD

I am not sure about digestion, I tend to be on the constipated side. Im gonna get the stool sample, it tests for the following:

PANEL RT-PCR VIRUS

Norovirus G RNA DETECTION
RNA DETECTION OF Norovirus G
Rotavirus RNA DETECTION
Adenovirus DNA DETECTION
Astrovirus RNA DETECTION
Sapovirus DNA DETECTION

PANEL RT-PCR PARASITES

Giardia lamblia DNA DETECTION
Entamoeba histolytica DNA DETECTION
DNA DETECTION OF Cryptosporidium spp
DNA DETECTION OF Blastocystis hominis
Dientamoeba fragilis DNA DETECTION
Cyclospora cayetanensis DNA DETECTION
PARASITES IN FECES BY MICROSCOPY TECHNIQUE

PANEL RT-PCR BACTERIA

DNA DETECTION OF Salmonella spp
DNA DETECTION OF Campylobacter spp
DNA DETECTION OF Clostridium difficile Toxin B
DEShigella / Enteroinvasive Escherichia coli DNA DETECTION
Vibrio spp DNA DETECTION
Yersinia enterocolitica DNA DETECTION
DNA DETECTION OF Aeromonas spp
DNA DETECTION OF Enterohmorrhagic Escherichia coli
DNA DETECTION OF Enteropathogenic Escherichia coli
DETECTION OF Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli
DNA DETECTION OF Enteroaggregative Escherichia coli
DETECTION OF Hypervirulent Clostridium difficile DNA
Escherichia coli O157 DNA DETECTION

I think this test would be useful digestion wise. As far as thyroid labs I don't have recent ones, this is from 2019:

PTH-i: 50.2 pgr/ml. Range: 18.5 - 88
Thyroglobulin: <1 ng/ml. Range: 1.9 - 59.9
Total T3: 1.02 ng/ml. Range: 0.65 - 1.6
Free T3: 6.1 pmol/L. Range 4 - 8.30
Reverse T3: 0.15 ng/ml. Range: 0.10 - 0.35
Total T4: 6.6 mcg/100ml. Range: 4.70 - 9.70
Free T4: 10.2 pg/ml. Range: 9 - 19.50
TSH: 4.17. mcUI/ml. Range: 0.25 - 5

Inmunology:

Antibodies anti-receptor of TSH (TSI): 0.82 mUI/ml. Range: 0.00 - 1.75
Antimicrosomal Antibody (TPO): 75.6 UI/ml. 0 - 12 UI/ml
Antibodies anti-thyroglobulin (TGL): 88.5 UI/ml. Range: 0 - 18

How are these ratios between t4 and t3? reverse t3 is on range and lower end. Judging by this I would need t3?

Where are you getting those tests done? I have Kaiser Permanente and pretty sure they wouldn't do a lot of those tests, esp the parasite ones.

Find a clinic that does the test directly and pay the lab, it's expensive but the only way I know to get exactly what I wanted to test.
