What Are The HGH/IGF-1 Levels Of A Peater?

What would be the average percentile among Peaters? Or lets assume that a Peater was at the highest percentile on a standard diet, what would the HGH/IGF-1 levels be after a while following Peat's guidelines?

When I was lowish carbing paleo about 4 years ago my IGF1 was at the very top of the range for my age bracket.

Last year I tested solidly mid range in the same bracket. I was pleased with that development and it coincided with all of my improved lab numbers.

I also was tested at slightly above normal for IGF-1 after a summer of low-carbing. I have not been retested since changing my diet. In fact, I was a bit worried that all these dairy products might raise it even higher so will plan to get it rechecked soon.
