wondering. I am doing Richfield reset and wonder if my sore throats and mucus could be from temporary high TSH. Most resources lump this in with low thyroid but are there separate symptoms you noticed?
I came across this:
Feet Hurt In The Mornings When I Wake Up
Got me thinking. Higher temps mean lower adrenaline. Means TSH kicks in to properly signal more thyroid is required. Maybe that's what I am experiencing?

I tend to get a stiff feeling in my throat and an increase in mucus production when my TSH goes up. I've increased my vitamin A intake significantly and it has given me this feeling, so I'm suspecting an increase in TSH. This morning I woke up and felt it pretty strong, and also my feet hurt more than they have in a long time. Definitely a connection.
