Weird Red Lesions On My Inner Thigh

I started getting these weird red lesions on my inner thigh on right leg. This coincided with finding out I developed RA along with bladder infection.

Do you have any idea what this might be?

Are they itchy? If so, it might be related to the infection. I got eczema flare-ups when I had appendicitis two years ago. Really irritated itchy patches on my eye lids. They went away after being on antibiotics.
