In 2013 i started taking a big doses of omega3 because i thought it would help with a chronic knee problem that i have. The dose was around 7-10 grams a day for about a month. That lead to big fat gain and inability to lose weight.
That was long before i discovered this forum.
Any ideas on what could have had happened metabolically that lead to this problem?
