Maybe this isn't common, but I know I've heard it happens with women in my family and I'm curious what's going on. Women are cold before menopause... I know what causes that =)
But then after menopause, they get really warm. I'm not talking about having hot flashes, which I know is caused by cortisol surges (and estrogen, I think). But just always feeling warm and having warm hands. What would cause this, especially when it doesn't seem like the woman is healthy metabolically and may have other symptoms of hypothyroidism?
