Walking while eating to improve digestion?

I wouldn’t walk while eating. Sit down and enjoy your food

walking AFTER is great for insulin sensitivity though

Yeah I agree with above. Walking 10 mins after a meal can help with digestion and blood sugar regulation. Or even a little bit of exercise before a meal.

But while eating, the most important thing is to be stress free and relaxed.
