I was listening to a podcast with a sleep expert (Russell Foster from Oxford), and he mentioned 2 things I thought may interest the people on this forum.
There are wake up light alarm clocks that work by slowly increasing the intensity of light until the person wakes up. I think this would be beneficial whenever one cannot wake up to natural light. What do you guys think? Anyone use such a product?
