haidut,

I'm 68, on testosterone replacement, because my T was near the bottom of the lab range and I felt like I was dying. After almost a month, feeling much better and nocturnal erections are even returning, but I've gained 12 lbs and feel bloated from over aromatizing. Started back on B1 & B2. Any idea how long it takes before I might start to see increased urination and weight loss? Thanks for any insights or links you can share.

haidut is right on, of course, and

Fluid intake must be tightly controlled. You have inserted an extra 12 pounds (1 1/2 gallons) of fluid into your extracellular fluid and it is not easy to get rid of. The first step is to vastly lower your fluid intake and eat kidney stimulating foods and substances. No beer, iced tea, etc. After coffee in the morning only a few swallows the rest of the day and night. Take advantage of every opportunity to sweat and increase your body temp. Remember, if you do not put it in, you do not have to try to get it out.
