Hmm, so mk7 or higher sounds better than Mk4 or K1 for cardiovascular health.

I would think mk4 still works, at least its shown effectiveness in osteoporosis.

Spronk HM, Soute BA, Schurgers LJ, Thijssen HH, De Mey JG, Vermeer C. Tissue-specific utilization of menaquinone-4 results in the prevention of arterial calcification in warfarin-treated rats. J Vasc Res. 2003 Nov-Dec;40(6):531-7.
MK4, not K1, inhibits warfarin-induced arterial calcification. The observed differences between K1 and MK4 may be explained by differences in their tissue biovavailability and cofactor utilization in the carboxylase reaction.

You can get Vitamin D checked. It’s also super cheap.
Mk7 as posted by @Amazoniac seems your best bet for artery health.

be careful of vitamin D supplements ,
Don’t let anyone give you any other type of Vitamin D than D3!
sunshine is great , if you are blonde it takes 10-15 min for your skin to synthesize vitamin D3 and 3 times a week is enough to get the benefits

I'm aware of all the cardio info around
K2. The one you linked was one of the
Earlier ones I read ,Is just Amazoniac's
Last one threw me.

I also thought menatetrone was k2 ( mk4)
not menaquinone
I hope Imtaking the correct one

@Elderflower j58 I think mk7 is what you want for arteries. It's not like mk4 hurt you either, but I'm glad amazoniac posted that because a lot of people don't really advocate for mk7.

I did 5 mg capsules daily for most of last year... I switched to kuinone this year which is 1.5mg topical so probably like 1mg per day.

I don't want my face to get any wider, I already have a huge face.

That’s lower than I expected. Did it effect your eyebrow ridge or cheekbones?
Also @sladerunner69, if your face was already big maybe you had a genetic predisposition for a wide face, and K exponentially affected it.

Oh, ok. I'm sorry I linked information you were already aware of- I should have known you had done plenty of research!
