I would think mk4 still works, at least its shown effectiveness in osteoporosis.This really worries me as I take high dose k2 mk4 (menatetrone)

Slade what dosage were you running? I just purchased mk4 and plan to do 45 mg daily for this effect. @baccheion said to go 90, which is kinda expensiveAnyone notice their face getting wider after using k2? I noticed this for sure.
That’s lower than I expected. Did it effect your eyebrow ridge or cheekbones?I did 5 mg capsules daily for most of last year... I switched to kuinone this year which is 1.5mg topical so probably like 1mg per day.
