Can anyone point me in the direction of a reputable vitamin E source ? Most quality ones seem to be really expensive. If anyone knows a decent one lmk plz!

It’s derived from palm oil? Is that seed oil?

It’s not the cheapest by any means, but I think NOW Vitamin E is a reasonable price for a natural mixed tocopherol supplement. It is soy derived vitamin E, but uses olive oil as the liquid for the softgels and does not contain any other bad excipients.

This one is the best I've tried. That recommended dosage (750 IU) is very high and obviously intended to make the bottle last one month. 1/5 of this would be a reasonable daily dose in my opinion, and very economical.

I bought NOW E-400 and one of the ingredients is Soybean Oil. Is it okay to use? It’s a small amount.

I also use Tocovit as recommended above. As a backup, I have purchased this product (based on recommendations in this forum). It's "cosmetic" and the manufacturer doesn't recommend ingesting it, but again others on this forum have done so with good outcomes. It's super cheap but made the traditional way from wheat germ oil.
