I finally found a vit E capsules without soy oil - olive oil this time. They contain 400iu vit E.
Dr. Peat says that 400iu per day is too much, and that 100 to 200 iu is good. But vit E is fat soluble, and the body stores it. So when I take it once in two or three days it should be okay, right?
