Vitamin E + Sildenafil (Viagra) Helps ED?

Just saw this old study done on rats, proven how combination of Vitamin E + sildenafil (Viagra) helps improved erectile dysfunction) ED in aged rats.

And potentially humans.

Has anyone here saw this study? Or tested this combo for positive effects?

Not much to say, really. Sildenafil is a prescription med for ED, so not surprising that it treats ED with or without additional Vitamin E. But the mechanism of sildenafil is to raise NO, which may have beneficial effects in the short term, but could be detrimental in the long term. It's also expensive and by prescription, so doesn't seem like the best option.

Why not just try Vitamin E on it's own? Or something like Aspirin? Human Study - Aspirin Effective For Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Personally, I've noticed benefits in that area from K2 and Magnesium. All are far safer than sildenafil, and cheaper too.

I've purchased many brands from many vendors. I've used citrate, malate, and glycinate when it comes to Mag, currently using glycinate that I purchased from Amazon. K2, I have tried all the commonly available brands- Life Extension, Kuinone, Thorne, Relentless Improvement, and Carlson. All seemed to work pretty well.
