Vitamin E Dehydration

I've been working my way up to 1,000 IU Unique E applied topically to the neck region.

Assuming absorption rates of around 20%, this would be around 200 IU/day, a reasonable dose.

I'm noticing that I'm often thirsty and having to drink more water than usual, but it could also coincide with an increased salt intake (1-2 TSP in the morning).

I've been getting some kidney pain and general inflammation, such as costochondritis (after discontinuing my supplements after a stressful period,) and I need a large amount of water to stay hydrated, and my urine is light-yellow colored (which is normal I suppose).

Has anyone had any experiences with causes of this kind of dehydration?

Yes a 5-10g shot of salt will probably dehydrate you. You need to not be so extreme, dude. 5-10g of salt spread throughout the day is a much better idea.

When I was in college, I cashed my entire student loan and spent it all on records. (a little on lsd too, but the lion's share on records).
Most people I know spend it on weed and alcohol, so you sounded ahead of the curve.

@PUTFOT True.
