Vitamin D Question

If I were to apply vitamin D topically maybe on my wrists every day, do you only absorb as much as you need, the same as when you are out in the sun?

I'm thinking about getting a Vitamin D & K2 topical supplement so if you know any good ones in the UK / Europe do share thank you :):

Wrists might not be big enough surface area to be effective. Peat has spoken about the legs before as a suitable place and it needs to be spread and rubbed in.

I dont think the body would stop no, but I am not sure about that. Absorption seems to be approx 10-25% so work out what doses you require from that.

Oh yeah legs sounds like a good place to put it, will have to try that
