Vitamin C Content Of Milk

@tca300 , I remember a thread where you discussed getting all of your nutrition from milk alone. A forum member asked how you get vitamin C and you said milk gives you all you need. How much vitamin C is in a glass (250ml) of milk? I'd like to update the nutrition profile of milk on cronometer.

Ray has said that milk contains vitamin C, but I dont think he specified how much (perhaps pasteurization destroys it all?)

The vitamin C content of cow's milk

Probably a little lower than 2 milligrams per 100ml because of pasteurization. Ray said 1 gallon of milk has enough. I've been on milk and small amounts of liver for almost 2 years now and no scurvy in site.
