Massive thread with 60+pages, I‘m currently at 16. It seems the main proponent of B2 supplementation also claims that manganese is crucial

I'm doing pretty well lately with maple syrup in high quantities in my diet every day. MS is high in manganese and B2. It's one of the few sugar/carb sources that really seem to agree with me.

As far as sunlight - yes - the MB and other quinones would have the same potential with increases ROS. I don't know if they would affect MAO-A. For instance, MB is known to inhibit it in higher concentrations rather than enhance it like B2.

Interesting. How does that square with understanding of MB and red light, so called photodynamic therapy? I have bern taking large doses of MB and chillin w red light and don’t notice anything negative so far.
