Vitamin B Dosages?

I’m mostly worrying about the b6 content, as it seems that it could harm the nerves even in moderate doses.

These are what my b complex contains:

Thiamine hydrochloride - 50 mg

Riboflavin - 50 mg

Niacinamide - 50 mg

Pantotenic acid - 50 mg

Pyridoxine Hydrochloride - 10 mg

Cobalamin - 50 mcg

Folic acid - 400 mcg

Biotin - 300 mcg

choline bitartrate - 25 mg

Inositol - 50 mg

I will take it once a day for a few months by coupling it with a menaquinone-7. I’m relatively younger than most of the people here also. May the b6 content can cause a problem?

It's a small amount of b6 I wouldn't worry if you are taking 1x per day. Nice formula.

Thanks for replies.

It’s nutraxin brand. I don’t know if is available in other countries other than turkey.

I still wouldn't take it daily, the b6 is probably the maximum amount youd want in a day. too much b1 and b2 imo. ive also heard b1 in the common forms like hcl and mononitrate arent actually water soluble the way other b vitamins are. So that could build up somewhat.
