I take a vitamin b complex in ethanol and curious I stumbled upon two articles mentioning that when taking alcohol or when combined with alcohol it denatures the B vitamins structure?

What are your thoughts?

Metabolizing alcohol depletes b-vitamins in the body, especially thiamin (B1).
Alcohol and B-vitamins together in a solution won't effect each other.
Lots of B-vitamin complexes contain ethanol as a solvent and work fine.

I may have over thought this one :/ Just weird how it was worded in the articles. Me thinking similar to denatured amino acids.
