Random tip in addition to the big ones others have mentioned (fat solubles):

Try vitamim B2. For some reason this lil guy makes my lil guy hard as wood, consistently! Also B2 has helped me with workout capacity and recovery as I enter my 30s.

Wonder if others have had similar experiences with B2, or could suggest why this could help one along these lines.

to vitamin B2 also known as riboflavin is the only vitamin that gives you a visual cue as to its passage through your body. When there is a lot of vitamin B2 in the diet (or in a supplement), your urine turns bright yellow to show you it is there. In fact, the —flavin in riboflavin comes from flavus, the Latin word for yellow.

I don't know why I only know it works. Lol. Vitamin B2 is found in almonds leafy greens turkey beans etc

Most abundant in milk and organ meat.
