Last week I posted about vitamin D and erectile dysfunction. I discussed this in there, but want to put more emphasis on this point.

Not having any issues currently but I just grabbed your Vitamin D PDF to make sure I'm prepared as winter sets in (the USA).

If you chronically have elevated NO, viagra won't do ***t. Even those for who it works, it will cause ED down the line, and of course, heartattacks. CO2 is the only way.

Nicely summarized, thank you for this @Hans

I don't suffer from ED, however I've had great results with Vitamin D + K2 + DHEA, particularly when it comes to Libido. Definitely works!

I know Ray is against NO or at least chronic NO. DO you have any insight into distinction between eNOS also produced from CO2 in the blood and iNOS which is arguably what he is mostly against promoting. I've search for him making a distinction but so far I'm not finding it.

Excess NO is bad for sure. Pretty sure vit D can't cause an overproduction of NO though. But CO2 by itself won't be able to do it. All gasotransmitters need to work together.

Just remembering phosphodiedterasis 5 inhibitors works not so good with low testosterone levels.

Everything that supports calcium homeostasis helps with erections in my experience with adequate amounts of calcium beinh the most significant factor.
If you are deficient in vitamin D/K2 then that will definitely help erections, because it‘s needed to absorb calcium.
Magnesium is a hit or miss thing for erections for me.

In 2018 got tested: DHEA (UNCONJUGATED): 179 147-1760 ng/dL

Vitamin D was around 37 I believe around this time.

Might be worth getting these checked again. No problems with erections, etc.

For sure and adding TRT can help, but I've had many people contact me that TRT didn't help much. Maybe in the first 2 weeks or so, but then declined.

Yes for sure. If calcium is in the cells it excites and contracts the tissue, which then inhibits erections. Low calcium intake (and low D) increases intracellular calcium, which can inhibit erections.

Were you ever on TRT? Just asking, because quite a few people on TRT end up with very low DHEA and D.

any advice on how to cure erectyle dysfunction without Viagra?

I have PFS and I tried a lot of things, atm DHEA seems to help a lot but its still not enough and it only works if a lot of other things are good (vitamin D, bowl health ect). I'm taking 10mg on the skin atm.

This thread and your post remind me of another thread from a while back:

No, I've only experimented with cytomel, cynoplus, dhea, pregnenolone and other typical Peat based "basics" the past 3-4 years.

I'm 42 now. T levels were 600+ when I had them checked around or before the time of getting my DHEA and D levels.
