I said ‘urgent’ because I’m very hungry and this is the only thing I can eat at home, lol. Sorry if I wasted your time.

Is it safe to eat?

if you cut the egg in half you'll see this colored ring around the yolk, that also give the unpleasant smell of cooked egg.
it means you overcooked it or did it in wrong way. If you want it hard boiled, (pouched will not have the blue), and no smell and blue ring, put egg in warm water, bring to boil, boil it for 2 , 3 or max. 4 min., then turn off the heat and and live it on the hot burner for about 10 min. It will cooked hard enough, but not blue & smell. Really not sure about safety.:joyful:

it's overcooked.

boil it in water for 7 minutes for a perfect egg.
