Vegetarian Capsule ?

Are there problems using vegetarian capsule or just buy the gelatin capsule?

I prefer gelatin though I am sure it is not as pure as we would like. I think vegetarian capsules are not always natural and may be made of some synthetic type stuff.

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose is derived from wood pulp but polymers are suspect as they stick in the body forever, until saponins/phosphorous/acids dissolve them
