Vegan Looking For Suggestions For Protein Powder

I am trying to follow Ray Peat's advice as a vegan. My diet is a bit low in protein and I am looking for suggestions for vegan protein sources. Should I include a glycine source? Thanks. My current diet consists of white rice, sugar, coconut oil, honey, orange juice, dates, sweet potatoes, carrot salad, spices (cinnamon, turmeric, cumin, ashwaganda). Also, creatine, vitamin E, aspirin, b-vitamins, estroban, mitoil. And of course a couple cups of coffee. Thanks!

Hello fellow Peating vegan.

I make a daily lentil soup of 300g lentils. I stay away from powder because I think refined protein is quite inflammatory. With the rest of my food, it amounts to about 100g of protein for my 80kg frame. If you add spinach to it, you can get a good amount of calcium per day which is particularly tough for vegans. I boil up 400g of spinach.

But anyway, good luck. I've found this an extremely powerful diet and it's nice to have a fellow vegan on for the ride.
