Vasomotor Rhinitis?

Hello. Has someone had vasomotor rhinitis and cured it?

I had it for around 8 years and brings me so much suffering in my life. It leads to severe sleep apnea that ruins my sleep.

Out of every hormone that i checked only progesterone was below the minimum range.. but i think its because my body is constantly stressed and its using it to make cortisol to keep me awake during the day. I still take 50mg pregnenolone daily.

Any suggestions and possible cures?

Have you tried cyproheptadine

It seems that there is no product with this ingredient in my country
