What does everyone believe justifies healthy urine color? Obviously the ongoing stigma is that urine should be clear but I have also heard that is a sign of dehydration? Let me know everyones thoughts and any good reading information I would greatly appreciate if available.

Thanks!

Peeing clear from both reading and experience probably means too much water an/or too low calorie density, probably goes with increased stress, maybe low blood sugars, maybe hyponateremia. Peeing too dark is also not great, in my experience.

i'm curious in this, too. Could it be that darker urine is excreting more toxins? overnight, my urine became much darker and has consistently been so for two weeks. and urinating more frequently. and loosing water in body (edema). stopped drinking milk, more physical activity, more sweating, more sunlight, more apple juice. my gut says that darker is better.
