Urgent question: Does anyone know of an online pharmacy or the like that offers very fast delivery to the U.S. (ideally under a week)? Medicina Farmacia (one of the Mexican pharmacies) used to, but stopped serving U.S. customers.

You might consider Cyproheptadine, which Idealabs carries.

Also, have you tried higher doses of Apririn (1G upon waking and then 500mg every 4hrs - with enough vitamin K of course)?

Thank you for the ideas. I am helping someone who is hyperthyroid and hence needs the beta-blocker, but aspirin and cyproheptadine do seem to help him deal with the stress hormones. Cheers!
