Urea On My Wound

Sprinkled some urea on a cut on my finger. It stung for a couple of seconds then the urea started to form a bubble on the wound. Based on research Ray Peat spoke about using urea to heal wounds. Peat describe the stabilized effect of urea.

Based on my reaction urea does stablize the wound! Photo of the small wound is included.

Great! No scaring.

I recently made a urea and cane sugar mixture for when I am out rock climbing. I actually used it when my friend sliced her finger coagulated the would fast and healed in two days no scar.

My pleasure. I used equals parts urea to cane sugar about half a teaspoon was enough for the finger.

I use raw honey for topical application. Works like magic. Will get myself familiar with topical application of urea, thanks for mentioning it.
