UK Peaters - Lunch Snacks From Tesco/Asda/Sainsbury’s Etc?

Hi guys. What do you grab from common shops/supermarkets as a healthy, calorific meal? I know it’s not ideal, but I often find myself in this situation and browse the fruit n veg isles for far too long neuroticising over what to eat.

Been there many times working in London.

Greek yoghurt, cheese slices (gouda or edam), cooked chicken (not ideal and more paleo than peat but better than crisps etc)

Tinned fruit in juice maybe better as cooked during canning

M and S do three types of ham and cheese rollito things. They're amazing

Fruits, cheeses, milk, juices, chocolate tend to be pretty good for on-the-go eating.
