UK High Dose K2 MK4

Does anyone have a good UK source for this? By high dose I mean at least 1mg. Carlson seems to be the best option I can find but it has some not ideal excipients.
I know Idealabs can ship to the UK but it's a bit expensive and will take forever with the current situation.

I'm admittedly a little confused on K2 dosing. I've seen many people say they take anywhere from 4mg to 40mg daily. My bottle is 100mcg per pill. So that means 4mg would be 40 pills per day?? My entire bottle is only 60 pills

Am I just way off in my conversion or is there a better more cost effective way to take MK4? I would be bankrupt within a couple months lol

Yeah most K2 supplements have tiny amounts. If you want to take several mg per day and not go bankrupt you should probably look at buying something like Thorne's K2 or Kuinone from idealabs
