not really sure what to make of this one:

UV Modulation of Subcutaneous Fat Metabolism - ScienceDirect

The researchers seem to be suggesting the down regulation of lipogenic expression in Subcutaneous Fat (SC) tissue is a bad thing and will lead to visceral fat lipogenesis. They do not substantiate this claim by actually showing this happens once uv exposed skin downregulates lipogenic expression in SC.

I have a feeling this is actually a GOOD thing since ffa's and triglycerides were lowered in SC but I would like to hear more savvy mind's opinion on it.

That might begin to help explain why sunlight exposure is more helpful than just vitamin D supplementation alone...
