I found this advice when reading about buteyko, works well when I'm doing work on my computer that's stressful.

Great suggestion.

I sit at a desk all day for work and I use a "slimming" compression band this way. Very helpful to keep awareness in that area. I actively resist activating my diaphragm because the sensation is so weird and intense, bordering on painful. If I don't do this at least every few days, I will notice my breathing becoming more shallow, minor stresses get much more major. I am finding sulbutiamine (pure powder, no fillers being crucial for keeping the intestine conductive) to be very helpful for working with the discomfort of working through it.

How would this look like? Like a shoulder brace to force straight posture?
Or similar to this
