I think it’s much different than ox bile but everyone’s different.

I use Piping Rock oxbile. The most simple one I found

I just added TUDCA to my list of things to try out.

Oxbile does the same and much cheaper

Ox bile is fat soluble whereas TUDCA is water soluble.
Which means Ox bile will only further clog a liver that is full of sludge, whereas TUDCA will unclog it and facilitate natural bile flow.
