TUDCA and oxbile and thyroid

Would TUDCA and oxbile increase. Hypothyroidism?

The opposite is true I think. TUDCA helps improve liver function and that should increase T4 to T3 conversion. This study showed TUDCA increases expression of the deiodinase (thyroid activating) enzyme The chemical chaperones tauroursodeoxycholic and 4-phenylbutyric acid accelerate thyroid hormone activation and energy expenditure.

Ox bile I don't know. It can help detoxify endotoxin so that should theoretically lower inflammation and increase thyroid function.
